Talented videographer that strives to achieve quality professional results in all aspects of the visual arts. Carlos grew up with his grandfather’s antique cameras and has over fifteen years of experience in both video production and photography. Carlos is a local talent from Mission Bay High School, where he earned ROP certificates in Photography and Drafting. While at SDSU, his first short film, “Think” was officially selected by the Best Fest, now known as the San Diego Student Film Festival. Heʼs a graduate from CSULA, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in TV, Film and Media Studies, and a Master’s Degree in Liberal Arts, with an emphasis on Media, from San Diego State University. He has experience in television, independent film, documentaries, concert films, education, non-profit, corporate and special event sectors. Carlos’ work has been featured in San Diego Magazine, KPBS, CBS Evening News with Katie Couric, San Diego Latino Film Festival, San Diego Black Film Festival, Univision, Azteca America, Peridico El Latino San Diego, and many other local media outlets. Carlos is married and has two awesome children. He is a film-buff who enjoys traveling the world, family-time, gastronomy, sporting events, architecture, theater, beaches, and talking baseball.

 

 

Karla Solorio

Portraiture & Event Photographer

Talented portrait studio photographer with a creative eye and professional demeanor. Karla is a local talent from the San Diego School of Creative & Performing Arts (SCPA), where she focused in black and white darkroom photography. While at SCPA, she gained employment at SEARS and then Kiddie Kandids Photo Studios where she focused on family and infant portrait photography. Karla was promoted to Studio Manager of her own Kiddie Kandids location, where she thrived in all aspects of professional photography production and administration. Karla is currently a Property Manager and happily married with a beautiful child.
